Default Consultation September 6 :)

Hello all.

I have a consultation next week and hopefully I will be starting the plan shortly after that I live in Calgary and will be meeting with Kimberly at Reflections Anti-Aging & Beauty Centre. I am anxious but nervous about detox and how I will feel during it but it will be worth it!! I do exercise, mostly walking/running so I hope that's ok. I am hoping to have at least 50lbs lost by Christmas

Welcome Jennifer!
I am PCOS also and have lost 46 pounds as of this morning. I started on June 4. The plan works if you trust it and follow it!

I easily lost 50+ lbs by Christmas last year. I started July 30.

You will do great! I am on week two, and I would have to say my first three days were the hardest, but after that I literally was not hungry unless it was legitimately time to eat. Those first three days I kept some pickles around for something salty/crunchy, and for something sweet, I just add a tiny bit of Sparkling Ice beverage to my water to give it a little punch. Or make some lemonade with Stevia.

Good luck to you!

Hi SweetScrumptious

I have been on ketogenic diets before so I know how it feels the first few days until I hit ketosis, I just don't like it!!

Thanks for the support everyone!! I might try move my consult up because I am anxious to start

I have decided that this option is not feasible financially for me. I can pretty much achieve the same results doing Atkins I started Saturday and I am in ketosis this morning.

Congrats to all of you achieving your goals!

Good Luck on Atkins. Just remember the point is you are out there trying to improve your health. Thats the first step.
