How long will it take for my photo and signature stuff to appear in my posts? It says there is a posting minimum but I can't seem to find anything that says what it is.....

Welcome, I am new also. I am on my third day, and it is not too bad. I am definitely feeling the effects of coming off of caffeine, but I am trying to hang in there. Good luck to you, and I look forward to us losing together!

Getting off soda was one of the toughest parts for me. I "treat" myself with a seltzer or La Croix each afternoon when I would have gone for diet coke. Gotta have some bubbles. Best of luck!
