As a tea aficionado, I gave up a lot of my teas while on IP, including my fruit tisanes. I figure that IP said no fruit, so I would hold true to the spirit of the program and eliminate my fruit flavored teas until I finished with the protocol.
I use the other herbals like lemon grass and peppermint in the afternoon instead, and find that I do well on them.
I would think that if your tea has pieces of fruit in it, don't use it. If it is only flavored with fruit(however that may be, but not fruit pieces)you may be okay. You can try, knowing that if you see a weight stall, try eliminating them as well. Good luck
