Spinach is listed as a veggie...and is limited on the protocol sheet. I use romaine also...and occasionally vary or mix with green leaf or red leaf lettuce for texture if it looks good. Agree...Blech
to iceberg!! Not much to it. I'd ask why they OK spinach as a salad and unlimited instead of eating into your veggie allotment? I'm curious as to the thinking...Another one of those "Coach Rules"??
