We can get sparkling ice in Canada. Costco carries it.

6th WI today..... not thrilled, down only 8 oz and lost 1/2 inch......... I know its a loss and I have to admit I'm sure I did it to myself. I had a seltzer and rasp vodka by the pool on Sunday. Just one......yes cheating and it was good but the scale showed the result. grrrrrrrrr won't do that again. 6wks and 15 lbs gone, half way there. IP works better than any "diet".

Hi,

I am sure you already know it is a pretty painful surgery, my other shoulder was much worse and had to have it "opened", this one was done with 3 small incisions. Get the nerve block it they offer it, it gets you home without feeling your arm. I sleep in a recliner, ice or ice water pump & only do what they tell you to, it is very easy to retear the rotator. Good Luck to you

Thank you!
Thats my plan. I will mostly be going to the beach and eat like a mediterranean diet without bread or simple carbs. I am planning oh having fish and veggies, and create the rest around that type of food.

Thank you for info i plan on checking in here while on vacation!

Hey everybody! Just had my second week weigh in. Down another 3.5 pounds. Can't believe the ease of this program and how successful I've been. Can't wait to see my doctor who pretty much said I could never lose weight without a gastric bypass...

I tried them today too- yum! Mmm, are we only allowed half a pack though? Now I'm nervous! I thought they were similar to the strawberry wafer and we could have the whole pack?

I hope that is me next WI. WI #6 on Monday I had lost 2.4lbs, and started my TOM. Really hoping to lose enough this week to hit 199. I think I can do it!

I think there is two possible reasons she only had half the package.
1 I think I have seen her say she limits her restricted items a little bit more than the protocol suggests as I think she just does better herself at weigh ins. I could be mistaken though.

2 its possible since the fat content is over 30% on this item, that she just has half instead of the whole.

Also she could have some other reason for the half. I know I have been really tempted to try them but the fat content has always stopped me from trying them.
