Prepackage your veggies in ziplock. I took celery, mushrooms, cucumbers, and broccoli. Since you will be grilling, mushrooms and zucchini are really good grilled, and travel well.
As far as packets, if you have access to hot water, can take the oatmeal. I took the RTD'S for ease, and the things like the ridges and bars for my one restricted item.
