Ok so I did IP 100% for about 2 months...I lost 20 pounds and was able to maintain it..for a few months (keep in mind that this is the same 20 pounds that I always take off!!). I started to gain it slowly back after my husband told me that I was looking very thin.

I have now gained it all back and can't seem to stay on program for more than a couple of days. Alcohol seems to be my biggest challenge. I guess I just wanted to hear from people who are currently going through this and people who have gotten through this same problem. Thanks

This was me on and off since October, 2010. I would do well for a couple of days, then stop and it just went on and on. I find the support on here really motivates me and keeps me on track. This is my first attempt at restarting since last November and I am on day five and can't see myself going back now. I never lasted past day 3 before. I like to weigh daily in my first week to help keep me motivated. And I come on here as often as I can to read about other people's success and challenges so I know I am not alone.

You CAN do this! You did it before, and you can do it again. Good luck!

I started IP in July 2011, stayed on for 5 months and never cheated, phased off and then gradually gained it all back. I have tried to restart like 10 times and never make it past the 3 day mark. Today is day 4 on track, maybe this is it! I did need to get back on here and just read and reread for inspiration. Good Luck
