This was me on and off since October, 2010. I would do well for a couple of days, then stop and it just went on and on. I find the support on here really motivates me and keeps me on track. This is my first attempt at restarting since last November and I am on day five and can't see myself going back now. I never lasted past day 3 before. I like to weigh daily in my first week to help keep me motivated. And I come on here as often as I can to read about other people's success and challenges so I know I am not alone.
