Food for the day....
I recently restarted IP and I have only lost 1lb in about a week :(
I thought i'd start to post my daily intake in case anyone has suggestions. Here's what I are today: B: IP S: IP L: Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Dill Weed, EVO, Salt S: IP D: Lamb with seasonings (turmeric, cumin, etc) S: IP I eat 4 packets because I do a heated yoga class. |
