Home alone, my man is working hard on the north slope of Alaska. I'm 100% OP but its gonna be a grilling weekend, so i put our new grill together today. i did Grilled chicken marinated in brags apple cider vinaigrette with curried cauliflower today and tomorrow night will be a humongous 2-1/2 lb. lobster' which I figure will yield about 8 oz of meat (just for me). No drawn butter of course but ill baste him with garlic olive oil when I split him to put on the grill. I'm thinking mock potato salad made with cauliflower, scallions, pickle and my homemade tofu mayo. Still working on Sundays menu but its either going to be fresh halibut or copper river salmon on the grill. Mondays a street party in town so I'll have breakfast home, bring IP drink and I am sure I will find something OP among the food vendors.
