The 4 pounds to get there took forever! I am working on retraining my brain to have a different go to response when stressed or upset and that has been happening a lot lately. It took me a month to lose those 4 pounds, but it happened!
I always have trouble with having faith - but seeing how many of you have had 3 - 4 week stalls and you stay 100% OP and then the weight loss picks up again, that was the one thing that got me through this.
So thank you to everyone for keeping your faith in the program because you helped me keep mine. This 101 pounds is as much everyone's victory on this board as it is mine!
