Default Nausea?

I am at the end of week 2, (down 14.5 lbs in 12 days ), the last few days I've been experiencing a lot a nausea...is this common??? Will it pass?

Are you taking your supplements with food and getting all of your water, salt and oil?

I'm pretty new to this too, but I believe it is normal. I was told to put a bit of salt in my hand and lick it. Works like a charm . Hope you feel better soon.

Yes, I've been taking all my vitamins and drinking a ton (2-4 liters, usually more like 4)....blah! Ohhhh well, so worth it!
