I didn't "phase off" before I went off diet during vacation, and was out of ketosis for a week. The only thing I dealt with was hunger day one back OP. No headaches, no lethargy. I didn't indulge hugely, and I didn't gain any weight, but I did go out of ketosis because of bread products...my kryptonite. I was very pleased that even though I indulged, I maintained my weight. Made me realize that maintaining won't be that big of a deal when I get there.
Hope today is as easy as my redo day one!
