Default Excited

I am so excited to finally be able to post! I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place. This is all very new to me. Tomorrow is my 3rd WI, and I honestly don't think I would have had the same positive experience without being able to read all of the wonderful, and sometimes very honest, things you have shared. Thanks for your wisdom, and your patience, as I learn to navigate this new world.

Welcome Sansfilter, it is a great spot to come for support! The information can be overwhelming but very helpful. Good luck in your journey!

I just want to say thanks to everyone for being so supportive and awesome on 3FC. I have really enjoyed my time here so far and I am confident that it is one of the things that is genuinely helping me to stay OP. Tomorrow is my 4 week weigh in, so I'm excited to see what that brings!

One of the frequent weird side effects on IP for me is needing less sleep. I wake up at 5 am and cannot go back to sleep. I am also, depending on my water intake times, getting up to pee but typically do go back to sleep.

The early mornings I get up around 4-5 a.m. I typically lose a pound. I am convinced that my body is busy burning fat and it wakes me up.

Out of my mind? Anyone else notice when the scale really drops you wake up super early?
