Default Hungry today

I ate some roasted peppers for lunch and salad and am still hungry. So I ate a pickled egg and turkey stick that had no carbs or sugar. Anybody else have a hungry day just outta the blue?

Yes, it happens. Here's some ideas: have a big mac in a bowl w/o meat - so in essence you are eating lettuce, pickles, reconstituted dry chopped onion and WF Thousand Island salad dressing. Pretty satisfying.

Try a cup of chicken broth (veg broth has more carbs than chicken broth I've heard, haven't looked that up).

Have celery sticks with WF dressing of your choice.

More water, herbal tea.

Thanks for those tips. Big Mac in bowl sound yummy! This is the first time in over a month that I actually felt hungry. Maybe I ate too many veggies... Over my two cups and threw myself outta ketosis for a bit? Have to be uber careful!

Hungry days happen. Make use of the unlimited lettuce and the two free egg whites per day - be very careful about the cured meats (turkey stick) as they tend to be high in sodium and preservatives that don't do your body any favors.

I have had them periodically, sometimes right before my body lets go a whole lot of weight

I will mask my hunger with tea and MIO water!!! I just washed up another pile of lettuce and will munch on that. I figured the turkey stick was dicey but it calmed me down for awhile. Lol. I have some Free Range egg whites in the fridge too. Hope tomorrow is better. Thanks scorbett for your input as well. I am almost a little panicky over this. Would be nice if my body does drop some extra because I only lost 1/2 pound last week being 100% true!
