I promise it gets WAY easier. The hunger goes away by day 5. It was about day 3.5 for me. I've only been on this 5 weeks and I'm doing great now. Hang in there!
Hmm... Idk I was told from day one I could have 1 restricted packet a day. And ps- those southwest cheese curls are my fave!
They were my fav, too, until I cut out soy
I'm making due but I miss them. AND I never ate a half-pack. wannaB: If you only ate half a pack, you still can have an unrestricted (or at least a half-packet)
she said not to have them,so I can "dump a lot of weight" but to buy them just in case. So I don't know if I should have the cheese curls or not...eekkk. She said if you must have them have 1 every other day.
GAAAAAHHHHHHHHH
*insert head banging against wall here*
There is NO REASON you cannot have the one restricted per day AS PER PROTOCOL. I hate when coaches (of all people) think they can "game" the diet - it works the way it is written. It doesn't have to be changed to "improve" results.
I followed the protocol (1 restricted, 2 unrestricted EVERY DAY) and lost 10lbs in my first week.
You don't have to drink extra water because you had a restricted. Just eat the darn cheese curls and be happy
Wow -my coach was so presetent on me having 2 non restricted and 1 restricted a day and pushed that 4th pack lots I lost 9lbs the first week -- I still have 2 non and 1 restricted and have lost every week =) I look forward o my restricted =)
And if the coach isn't happy, show them Lisa with her and her and she'll probably see the light of day
Just out of interest, I'm curious how many coaches have lived the program. Wuv will be a great coach because she understands and has experienced this long term. My coach is a stick and has never had more than 5 pounds to lose in her life. It's harder for me to hear her advice when I know she's not nibbling on each BBQ ridge to make the pack last longer etc. LOL

Uh oh.
This coach frustrated "good cop"
Want me to find her and or ?
I'd be happy to! It would be fun!
Seems like another coach who has never lived on this protocol.
even though I'm hungry,I had 1/2 a pack, they were so good, oh well , I will have more water, tomorrow is another day.
Eat the whole package. They are part of the program and you won't lose more weight by not eating them.
The program is carefully balanced and coaches with their own ideas are not helpful.
This is a very debatable question! I know that for some people the restricted item is a must (and I am one of those) cause when we don't have a restricted, our loss stale!
I am aware that some coaches ask their clients to go without any restricted in the first couple of weeks and now your coach is asking you to do so to boost your weight loss.
All I can advise you is to test things out, you can try one week to go without any restricted item and see if it does any difference to your weight loss, but at the same time if your body is craving this restricted this much, you'd better have it and enjoy it instead of not having it and falling into hunger and temptation later.
I tried once to do just unrestricted for a week and oh boy! It was misery! I was super hungry and it did not do anything to boost my weight loss, when I got back to eating a restricted the week after I was so relieved.
