I am on day 5 today and I feel FANTASTIC! I want to go run outside in the beautiful weather. It will pass. For me, days 3 and 4 are my worst. Good luck and stick with it!

For me, days 1, 2 and 3 were fine but then OMG day 4 I felt like a truck hit me! But then after that I felt fine and actually now I feel FANTASTIC! It DOES get better and you will get sooooo much support from this group! Best wishes to you!

6 Am - Protein Bar 9 Am - Protein Food Which Ever One 12 Pm - Salad With Veggies And Half Of The 5-8 Oz Meat 3 Pm - Last Ideal Protein Food And Atlast 6 Pm - Rest Of Meat And Veggies . Ususally Ill Make Kale The Lettuce All Day Long With Garlic And Mustard And Bake It And Keeps Me Eating All The Time. |

Hang in there. It will get better. Just keep telling yourself you have to make it to weigh in day. Once you get there you will be so excited...and motivated for the next week.

It gets so much better, you start to have tons of energie. Plus when your first weeks weigh in comes around then youll know its all worth it. The headaches and tiredness wont last at all just get past the first few days and youll be on your way!

Work through, I'm on day 19 and i'm down 21 pounds. You'll find your groove, tell someone who can support you, it makes it easier.

I think I am in Ketosis. The last few days my energy level has skyrocketed - almost manic. I am cleaning out closets, go to bed at 10 a.m. wide awake at 5 a.m. My overall appetite is really low. In fact, I have 100% NO interest in food - boring, boring, boring.
Another side effect that is great is that my husband and I are enjoying a second honeymoon. Is this Ketosis??? |

I know a lot of people found the first day or the second day to be worst. For me, it was the first four days. Just keep your head down and get through the first week. Lots of water and be good to yourself. Nice thoughts. Supportive thoughts. Hugs from me!

Does anyone experience nausea? I am on Day 2 of IP and I am extremely nauseous.
How much lettuce does one have to eat? What is unlimited. Ugh. :o |
