I am posting a large gain from last week, but it's already gone. I flew for training the week before and had a lot of fluid retention going on. Look for a big loss this Friday's weigh in :-) Just explaining why the big up and expected big down for this week.

Down 1.2 this week but have been working out and have also lost an inch from my hip, waist, and chest for a total of 3 inches down from last week :-) Yahoo!
