Well...I thought I was starting IP today...and seriously failed. So tomorrow is my official day 1 (again). I just hope I can get going with this program. Knowing that I'll have to record my weigh-in for the week should help. What did you all do to get motivated to get started?

I noticed people didnt like the you can change others - i just click the Colunm A and pick my name =)

Make the decision it MUST BE DONE. Then DO IT! :D There's no magic, and the beginning sucks. Just get on it and stick with it.

Thanks for this! Today I'm jumping in with both feet. I've had 3 weeks of trying...I need to get the ball rolling on this. Today, 2/5/13, is going to be a successful day 1 for me. To do this, I will start with 4 packets my first couple of days. I've found that I lose my resolve around 2to 3 pm every afternoon. That's not going to happen again!

I just told our kids that we are going to Disneyland in May...gotta get to feeling great by then!! :)
