Way to go! Amazing what a difference 8 short weeks can make in the way we look and feel! Very proud of you, esp starting during the holiday season and not waiting until Jan 1st. I can't wait to try your chocolate zucchini cookie recipe - the picture looks so tantalizing. Looking forward to your next 8 week photo comparisons. Jen

Thank you so much! You can do it too! If I can do it anybody can. I'm the queen of up and down diets. Can't wait to see your 8 results!

Thank you. I think I was a bit of a hermit during the holidays and then brought my own food for Christmas because I just didn't want to take the chance of eating foods I shouldn't or have that temptation. It was a bit challenging, but I'm glad I did it. Oh, the chocolate zucchini cookies are so yummy. The other day I was thinking how I love chocolate, caramel, and sea salt together, so I spread a little bit of the Walden Farms caramel dip on the cookies and dashed some sea salt on it and then warmed it up for about 10 seconds. Holy Moly!!! I was in heaven!!!!

Thank you also! You're so sweet. I just feel so thankful for everyone on these boards who have helped me with recipes, getting me through my period of getting the flu, and all of the support is just amazing.
