Default Worried I just messed up!

Just made dinner for me and the Hubs and grilled Angus Burgers on the Foreman grill. For the last minute of grilling I threw on a slice of red onion. I KNOW BETTER than to ever cook onion, but for some reason I didn't think of grilling as cooking! Eek! Did I totally mess up? How much sugar does it take to knock you out of Ketosis?

I'm sure you're fine, I wouldn't worry at all. Certainly won't kick you out of ketosis.

One onion slice won't be enough to kick you out of ketosis, and now you are more aware for the next time! Don't sweat it

Whew!!! Thanks guys! I was really worried...if I'm going to knock myself out of ketosis I would hope it would be on something better than a slice of onion...LOL!
