It's so amazing, that during this time from Thanksgiving til Christmas, when I usually put on a little 'holiday weight' to look back at my weight chart and see that I lost 12.4 lbs during that 'dangerous' time!!!! Best Christmas present ever!
I started a part time job right before Thanksgiving, and so I met a bunch of new people who had never seen me before. About a week ago, one of them came up and said, "You're not supposed to LOSE weight during the holidays." I was thrilled that he noticed.
