Breakfast: 2 egg whites either scrambled with 2 cups of spinach or 2 cups of kohlrabi hash browns and Splenda sweetened ketchup, and 1oz of back bacon or chicken bacon.
Mid morning snack: Nashua protein bar or pudding
Late lunch: Nashua protein bar or pudding
Supper: 7oz of meat and 2 cups of cauliflower mashed or Jicama fries
Snack: Dr.Bernstein chocolate shake
Of coarse I change things up at times but these are my staples and work very well to keep me on plan and happy
