  • I love the dark chocolate pudding made into a shake with ice and water (almost like a milkshake to me!YUM) and I like the Pina Colada and the Yogurt berry drink too. Anything with peanut butter flavoring is great too (bars&puffs). I am thinking of travelling with a magic bullet blender to make ice drinks at the hotel, pour into a to-go cup and off for the day! Have fun on your travels!
  • My favorites are: Chicken noddle soup, RTD choc shake, herb & cheese omlette, southwest puffs, white cheddar ridges and vanilla crisp (tastes just like a rice krispie square!)
  • I love love love the White Cheddar Curls - my favorite by far among all the non-sweet things, and I get tired of everything sweet. That said, I find the Caramel crunch Bars simply divine. Sadly both are restricted.
  • Here's my list of go-tos:

Dark Chocolate pudding (I make my daily spinach smoothie with it)
Pink Lemonade (one of the lowest carb/fat packets IP makes)
Mushroom & Creamy Chicken soups (with added pureed veggies)
    Salt & Vinegar Ridges
    SW Cheese Curls
    Dill Zippers
    White Cheddar Crisps
    Fine Herb & Cheese Omelet
    Chicken Patty
ProtiDiet Maple Oatmeal (UNRESTRICTED!) - I make a pancake w/ zucchini
Weight Loss Systems cocomint cream pudding (but I've started adding a bit of mint to my IP Dk Choc pudding)

I like other things but these are my fav. Of course, some won't be good for travel (omelet, patty, soups)

I don't do too many of the bars. I just don't want to get used to the flavor of all that sweet, dessert-like flavor b/c I won't be eating that way in maintenance. I find them extremely sweet but I keep them around for emergencies.

I believe the Maple Oatmeal is restricted. The carb count is 12. Also, for the traveler, it is so awfully sweet, I personally would never touch it as is again, so it would have to be cooked as pancakes or something with other ingredients. Haven't tried those recipes yet. Hope they are to my liking.

The IP Maple Oatmeal is restricted. I made a point of naming it PROTIDIET brand. It is UNRESTRICTED. 6 g carbs total minus 1 g fiber = 5 net

And, when you make it with zucchini, it is not sweet. As noted in my post, I'm not a fan of overly sweet items.

    My mistake, sorry!
  • I love the crispy cereal, dark chocolate pudding, carmel nut bars (r), and the RTD choc shakes. Sometimes I like the brock & cheese soup too.
  • Quote: (UR) chocolate drink mix
    (R) strawberry wafers

Let us know what you end up selecting!
Ok, thanks to your fantastic feedback I have made my decision. (drumroll)

    Herb Omelette
    Chocolate Drink
    Strawberry Wafers
    Caramel Nut Bar

    Thank you all so much!
  • Blueberry Cran Granita Drink
    Lemon Poppy Bars
Chicken Soup (I add veggies to it)

I like vanilla and the chocolate Shakes/Drinks
  • New haven't tried everything but my clear favs:
Cappuccino Drink, Fine herbs and cheese omelet, Dill pickle zippers, and Caramel nut bars... Also, the Blueberry-cran granata collagen drink
  • Our tastes are so varied. I spent the first 4 weeks trying almost ecerything t see what I liked. Now I am on travel for a week, so I had to figure out how that would work.

My most versatile packet so far is the vanilla pudding because I can make it as a pudding or a drink...or a frothy icy frappe with some flavor Torani syrup added, instant coffee to make a cappucino/mocha. Yum. Favorite nightime snack.

I like the herb omelet to make an omelet or frittata.

I like the plain pancake/crepe to make pita bread for a sandwich fix (need to try the tomato basil flatbread as I think that is unrestricted).

Love the strawberry wafer, caramel nut bar and apple cinnamon soy puffs as restricted items.

I like other things too, those are just the top ones. I eat a variety of packets so I don't get sick of any one thing and also to try and satisfy my palete with a variety of flavors. The soups I have been using as the base for making a vegetable soup. I also sometimes like sweet, sometimes salty so I keep both types of packets around.

After your trip, did you find more you liked?
  • Quote: I am trying to compile a list of packets to buy for my Vegas vacay for New Years. I'm been doing all RTD shakes and haven't sampled any packets.

Please post your top 1 or 2 favorites, whatever wins I'll stock up on, so I have people to give the rest to if I don't like it.

    Thanks!!!!
Chocolate Drink, Strawberry Wafer & PB Bar. Yummy!!!!!
  • Chocolate drink
    Lemonade drink
    Orange drink
    Peach Mango Drink
Blueberry-CranGranata Collagen drink ( I drink it everyday)
    Chocolate peanut bars
  • Chocolate drink and the Strawberry- Banana drink! SOOO good!

For dessert I make the chocolate drink with ice and a little water and it makes a "frosty" worth trying! Chocolate is the only thing I buy by the box!
