IP Maple Oatmeal is restricted. I made a point of naming it PROTIDIET brand. It is UNRESTRICTED. 6 g carbs total minus 1 g fiber = 5 net
And, when you make it with zucchini, it is not sweet. As noted in my post, I'm not a fan of overly sweet items.
