Thanks for sharing this Wuv! I'm a new maintainer (since December 15th) and have not had my first cheat day yet. I am planning on saving it for Christmas, but now I'm having second thoughts. I am scared that I may go overboad! You all "hit it on the head" when you said that sweets & other fattening foods are everywhere. That was the gift that everyone gave at work. I haven' eaten any of it yet...I may just throw most of it away. At any rate, I'm thinking that I will try to keep Christmas Day healthy, then still follow with a phase 1 day.
