I brought home 2 packs today.

The individual packs don't have preparation instructions on them.
I don't have a box.

Who has the directions???

Just boil 8-10 minutes until al dente like other pasta!

I had it today with a little ICBINB Spray and S&P. Next time I'm going to cook it and throw it in the fridge and then add some homemade sugar-free italian dressing and my veggies to it like a pasta salad!!!

I made pasta salad for lunch! :)

I mixed the cooked pasta with some WF Italian dressing and some WF mayo. I added two cups cucumbers and can't wait to eat it :)

I just picked mine up. I am so excited for this product- I don't really enjoy a lot of the IP sweet items, so I end up eating a lot of omelets, potato purees and soups. This is such a welcome addition. WTG IP!

Gluten
 
There is a part of me that wants to try using only gluten-free products to see what it would do to my WL. Of course, this does not bode well for this new pasta :mad:

Actually this new pasta is gluten free as it is made with pea protein, not wheat.

Woohoo!!! I am allergic to gluten so it is challenging to fin IP stuff to use.

Oh man...I would call her immediately and point out the ingredients to her, in case she has told other people that information. Wheat=gluten. (duh!)

Needing to be gluten-free, I wouldn't trust ANYONE to just "tell" me info...I'd need to see the labels myself.
I was actually gonna ask to see the box but I forgot (long story...my coach wasn't there & sub annoyed me) so I'm glad rainbow had us covered!

I'm considering trying gluten-free for a couple of weeks to see if it increases my losses. It will remove all of the IP restricted foods I like. Not sure I'm ready for that. Just another mindset I'll have to gear myself up for. If it were life-or-death, I'd do it without question!

I spent a month preparing myself to start IP. Maybe I'll spend the next month gearing up to start a two-week gluten-free experiment (after I return from vacation in January?)
