Okay, I know this is totally self serving, but I've been out of town on business all week and stepped on the scale this morning and lost 3.5 more pounds while out of town!! So I'm 4 pounds under my goal! WOW!!! Start P3 tomorrow!!!!! So excited!! But now I'm scared as I transition off! Not that I'll go off the deep end...IP taught me how to battle my food addiction, but that I'll screw up the whole fats vs carbs, or something else......
Okay, thanks for indulging me! lol Have a great Sunday, IP peeps!

You are not being self-serving at all. We all are here for the same reason and want to celebrate the success, especially of someone who met goal despite all of the travel and shared how & supported others
I'm so happy for people who have accomplished Phase 1 of the journey.
Now, hop right on the maintainer thread and the P3 thread. There are people there who have calculated and figured and ciphered. You DO NOT have to reinvent the wheel to move on with continued success! The journey continues and you have the tools!
Congratulations! You look awesome and I bet you feel like a new person! I'm not far behind you and am right there with the same concerns about P3 & P4. The folks on the Maintainers thread are there for you if you have questions.
