Unhappy Stomach flu on IP?

okay so I think I caught a stomach bug, my kids have all had it so pretty sure that is what it is.

Any tips? I mean usually when I get this I eat crackers when I can stomach them, but can't really do that now. Just keep drinking water and trying to keep the vitamins down?

Thinking the potatoes will be the one thing that won't make me sick to my stomach eatting them. Chicken soup just thinking about it does.

Tea, chicken broth, Propel (to replace electrolytes). Even the potato packet is mostly protein & might not "sit" well.

Just remember, we don't "need" carbs to survive.

I had the stomach flu last week, so I went through the same dilemma. I didn't have an appetite to eat much of anything. I did eat a plain piece of reduced calorie toast. I know its not on plan, but the plan doesn't take stomach flu into account. By the end of the week I had still lost lots of weight.

My son and I had the stomach flu a week ago as well. Basically, I just drank chicken broth and fed my son crackers. I also drank some Vitamin Water Zero. When I started to feel marginally better,I scrambled an egg, but for the most part couldn't keep much down. College Inn Light Chicken broth was a lifesaver.

Feel better!
