Default Today is Day one for me

Greetings all,
I must first say thank you... I've lost sleep on Saturday- Monday reading all the post.

Even with all of that, nothing can really prepare you for how your day will go. For breakfast I had RTD Chocolate, For lunch I had a RTD Strawberry- Bananna drink with lost of lettiuce and cukes, and for dinner I had chicken (cooked in the crickpot) and cauliflower...

My head is hurting a little, nothing that I need to take anything for...
I mean today has been okay. I'm craving something sweet and wondering what in the world I'm going to eat tomorrow?!

I havent searched the recipes yet, but I sure hope I find some ways to mix things up. I was concerned that I wouldnt like the products... but so far everything I had has been okay. I'm already concerned that I'll get board very easily with the veggies...

Well... Thanks for listening and lets keep in touch!

Oh I have almost 70 pounds to lose and have tried almost every diet...
I'm a master at cheating Thats why I wanted to try IP- its pre packeged food and truly this IS IT!! I have to succeed!

Thanks again for listening

What are you having for your snack? If you are getting a slight headache, put 1/2 tsp of the sea salt in the palm of your hand, lick it then drink some water. Your BP/electrolytes are low, adding the salt to your body will help. If you keep an open mind with the veggies you won't get tired of them. Try different ones, the ones you would have never tried before. Cook them different ways. Experiment with your packets, add ice/more water to the pudding packets for a bigger shake. Look up the thread fun with IP packets...lots of different things to do with the packets there. Good luck

Thank you so much for responding...
I was just looking at you youtube page. You are my freggin hero! Not just becuase you've lost a ton of weight, but that in order for you to do that, you've CHANGED your eating patterns. That to me is harder than losing weight.
For snack- I think Im going to eat the dill pickle zippers. I loved Lays Dill pickle chips so im hoping this will come close.

Hi Sweety and Rachel, welcome! I am not as far along as others, week 4 for me. I hope to weigh in and have lost 15 lbs by the end of October. My scale says I'm 1.5lbs away! Once you get through the first couple of weigh ins and see and FEEL it working, you will be amazed. Today I put on a pair of pants that I wont be wearing much longer. I am having to hold up the legs each time I walk becuz they are sagging so much! All this in 1 month! This program has taught me so much about how to eat to make your body feel good. Good luck and keep posting! This forum gives me so much support!

I think what drew me to this diet was that so many of the people who were being successful had been significantly overweight for a long period of time, many being over 50, and were loosing the weight, keeping it off, and most importantly, taking back their lives. Since August 5th I have lost 32 pounds and feel great. I stayed really strict at first and now I use some alternative foods. It is a great way to eat and I am so happy that I found IP. Now 3 of my sisters are doing it and have lost weight. Stay with it. I promise it will work if you do your part. Good luck.
