Just wondering what your coaches say about Measuring veggies.

First my coach said to measure them raw...then when I told her I sometimes use frozed chopped spinach, she said I still measure 2 cups. 2 cups of frozen spinach is probably way more raw. I would assume double.

Can someone please clarify!

yes, raw! I don't have an answer for the frozen chopped spinach, maybe someone else can help with that!

Measure raw. With spinach, it reduces by about half when cooked, so 1 cup of frozen chopped spinach would be the equivalent of 2 cups raw.
