I miss my Sunny Rainbow Creations!

I am a terrible cook and need your recipes, Rainbow! This is fact: my first batch of muffins I used baking soda instead of baking powder because I didn't know there was too much of a difference. See? I need all the help I can get!

Rainbow - the thought that some folks here criticized you irritated me so much that I waited until this morning to post. I wanted to 'cool off' a bit first. :censored: I was just too irritated last night. Everyone of us has to take responsibility for what we put in our mouth and whether or not it's diet compliant...:rollpin: we're not a bunch of blind sheep, following along without the ability to judge for ourselves what's IP-diet suitable. It's not like you forced anybody to use your recipes. And besides (as others have pointed out) - you have ALWAYS been super careful imvho to point out when an ingredient wasn't strictly in line with Phase 1 and cautionned everyone to check with THEIR COACH.

I'd really hate to see a few overly critical posters spoil things for the many folks here who really value and appreciate your cooking expertise and creativity. :hungry:

OK - this is my first post. I have been lurking for months, getting inspiration from Rainbow and the gang. She's kept me OP more times than I can count. Between the love, the creativity and the laughs, she's my go to gal when the going gets tough.

Oh my goodness, I missed whatever was posted, but it's not difficult to figure out that someone has gotten preachy about what is right or wrong for the program. We are all on our own paths, and I know the vast majority of us know what a ray of sunshine you are to these boards. You're an amazing lady, and amazing cook, we NEED you!!!

Those who mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind. (Yes, I have young children, lol)

Rainbows ideas and creations are an inspiration for anyone on IP. People need to just be kind. Glad you are ok Rainbow.

Just wanted to add my support on this thread. I made the crab cakes but had to modify some because of no Magic Bullet. They worked out great! We are all adults and can pick and choose. Some of us need all the help we can get to be creative and try new things. Thanks again Rainbow for all your good ideas.

Why let a few bad apples run you off. Do you relies how many of us count on you? I never post very much but I'm was always so excited about seeing what you came up with. I'm 100 percent on my program but your recipe are so good that when I finish I cannot wait to try them. Put your beautiful smile back on and for those with a problem go put your head back in the sand. Love ya Rainbow your the best.:hug:

Love your recipes and appreciate your creativity! I've been 100% IP since the beginning, so I pick and choose and tweak using your wonderful ideas as my starting points. I would hope that most of us who follow the program understand that some recipes work better at different phases. What I can't have now, I look forward to in the future! :rofl: ok ladies this is funny, and I must admit I ran right out and bought my magic bullet just so I could make yummy mayonnaise, just like rainbow and I been shooting my bullet ever since. And yes who should we complain to?? Ha

Like your name, Rainbow, you add color to our lives and make us smile with your wonderful recipes. :)

And just for the record, my husband and I got a Magic Bullet... all because of you, and we never regretted it!
