Both days I had a non-IP protein drink (a less sugar and carbs brand, larger portion - didn't drink it all) when I got back to the car. I'm not paying IP ONE MORE PENNY THAN I HAVE TO!! ;-)

I agree with those that say you have to look at the whole picture. My scale has hardly moved but I have dropped 3 pant sizes and get coments all the time. In fact one of the gals at work told me yesterday that I make her sick. LOL (That was never me before) Yes, I'd like the scale to reflect what I am seeing in the mirror, but I tell myself it's just a number. It can't stay stuck forever eventualy it will have to catch up.

AMEN to that! As soon as I started walking (bigger little and I walk to Kindergarten in the morning, half a mile each way) I went out and bought a case of EAS Carb AdvantEDGE chocolate RTD shakes from BJ's Wholesale. $26 for a case of 24 was much more appealing a price
