I'm not so much a fan. Does it really work well?

I don't know if it works, if you mean collegen wise, but it helps to satisfy a sweet craving! I would eat it as a night time snack with WF marshmallow cream or made with rhubarb mixed in. I just loved the taste.

I think she means the collegen and if it works on the elasticity of your skin. Some people swear by it and some don't notice a difference. I guess it depends on your age and whether or not you need to worry about loose skin.
