I have a few WF dressings and I plan to eat a salad one or two times a day. I was eyeing the Torani syrups. I gave up coffee but I may pick it back up. Or I can drink tea.

So how much is too much?

Most coaches will tell you no more than 6 servings of added artificial sweetener
per day. Some people will find it actually increases their cravings for sweet foods. Just be careful, they can also have a negative effect on your digestive system and mess with your stomach. Stick with Splenda (sucralose) or stevia. You're doing great so far! Keep asking questions and stay OP! You've got this!
