Default I've been on IP for 4 weeks, can I start running?

Today marks my 4th week and 28 lbs less of me. The first 3 weeks went great, now it seems to have really slowed to about 4 lbs/week. I'd like to incorporate exercise, running about 30-45 min/day. Is this allowed?

Depends on which coach you ask. I was told to have an extra packet if exercising, and to start of slowly (15 minutes 3xs / weeks) and build your time over weeks. Personally I think it depends on how much you exercised b/f IP. But keep in mind you've been on an exercise holiday for three weeks so whatever your exercise background, def take it easy.

I never stopped. But don't expect your losses to improve. If anything those of us who exercise a lot lose slower...

My coach told me I can do 1/3 of what I did before IP during P1. She claims it will NOT help weight loss at all, in fact you may gain because of water retention (her words).

I have exercised the entire time I have been doing my own "version" of IP. I think the question to ask yourself is why do you exercise? If it is an important part of your lifestyle, then do it.

Good advice here - and if you DO choose to start exercising again definitely make sure to add a packet after running. This diet is so low calorie, your body will need the extra nutrition after exercise. You don't want to lose lean muscle mass or throw yourself into starvation mode and totally stall your amazing weight loss!
