Your body will adjust, just give it some time! Good for you for sticking with it.
Something that has helped me HUGELY is having egg whites with some veggies before I leave for work in the morning, and then my "breakfast" shake around 2 hours later. That way I'm able to eat more consistently and also push off lunch a bit (without this I end up eating lunch at noon and get REALLY hungry around 11 AM and then again by 3:30).
You can also try dividing up your veggies and save them for when you're hungry throughout the day.
