Breakfast: Double milk chocolate bar, 2 scrambled egg whites with 1oz back bacon
Lunch: Chicken noodle soup with 2 cups pureed roast cauliflower and garlic
Dinner: Roast chicken and summer salad with cucmbers
Snack chocolate shake blended with ice and caramel WF sauce to make a "milk shake"
B= IP Cappuccino
L= IP Cream of Chicken soup with 2 cups of cauliflower and 2 mini cukes
D= Chicken breast with a salad of Romaine peppers and cukes
S= IP Choc Soy Puffs
Bkfast: Iced coffe w/splash of Vanilla Drink and IP Mango Drink
Lunch: Big Mac in a bowl (can't wait) and marinated veggies

B= Fell asleep before I even started drinking my Peach Mango last night so that was breakfast
L= Lettuce, cuke, pickle salad with WF dressing during lunch date, then chicken soup in my office
D= Grilled Lime and Chipotle Pork Chops with cucumber salad
S= Raspberry Jelly

Ive been curious about tomatoes, I think they are high in carbs.Does anyone have any nutritional value on them
