When I'm really hungry, I start with water. Sometimes those "hunger" signals are really thirst signals, so make sure you are drinking LOTS.
If that doesn't work, I have lettuce since it's unlimited. In the beginning I always had a BIG romaine lettuce salad with my 2 cups of veggies at mealtime. It helped me feel really full and curbed most of the hungries.
You can also have one hard boiled egg in the beginning to get you through. And every day we can have 2 egg whites as a freebie, so maybe an egg white omelette will take the edge off.
Give yourself time on the WF dressings - we are so used to things that are "enhanced" by sweetener and flavor boosters, it takes a bit for our taste buds to dial down and be satisfied with less intense flavor. Some folks never quite get the taste for the WF stuff, but you may find that in a week or two they taste fine!
