I was wondering... if it would be a big deal if I did not have my snack during the day? I am not hugrey enough for it. Should I force myself to eat it or am I okay not to

Every day you need to be eating 3 IP's, 4 cups of veggies, and 8oz of protein. Skipping any of the food is never a good thing. Spread it out thru the day. Eat part of your snack mid morning and the rest mid afternoon. Use the orange drink or jell-o, those are less filling for most.

This is a very low calorie plan and if you're TOO low your body will go into "starvation mode" and you'll actually retain and NOT lose weight. We're fighting 10,000 years of evolution here people -- the cave man genes are still with us, and your "inner cave man" knows that when food is low, store up the fat because it might be a long time until the next mammoth is killed...

The program is a recipe for success. Stick to it.

SO true! And those cave man genes just don't know what to do with carbs. So eat ALL of your protein and veggies. Feed our bodies the way they were designed to eat.

You have to eat your snack. If solids are difficult for you to take in (after feeling full), perhaps you can try the Vanilla or Choco ready-to-drink. You can sip them throughout the day and you'll get your protein in.

Yeah you need to have it... I struggled with all the protein at times and/or the veggies but just "forced" it... You can do it!!!
