Default Splenda

Can I use Splenda on this program? I know it says 1% milk (1 oz) with coffee in the am, but what about Splenda and crystal light?

My clinic recommends Splenda. One packet per day and that's what I use. I'm not sure about crystal light. I'm leaning towards no(?). I've heard Mio is okay. It's a water enhancer.

Mio uses a blend of sucralose/splenda and ace-k, both of which are OK according to my coach.

Just remember, even splenda has some carbs - they round down to zero for a single packet, but if you use two, that's probably one carb, and if you use more, it can really add up.

Splenda (aka, 'Sucralose' - this is what is used in Walden Farms products), is IP approved, along with Stevia. Check the Crystal Light labels, as Aspartame is the sweetener to avoid. My coach advised me to limit them to 6 or less servings/day, as a lot of the 0-calorie labels still have negligible calories (aka, a packet of Splenda has ~4 calories from ~.9g carbs) - so if not taken in moderation they can add up.

I was told not to use splenda or crystal light...but sometimes I do :-P

Actually, I drank crystal light every day the first few weeks and still lost weight. I stopped because...well, not sure why. I use it once in a while, also use Mio once in a while.
