I'm finding I'm not full enough either so I've stopped adding the IP soup to my pureed veggies and just eat the soup plain. That way I can add a bar, pudding or shake so I feel like I'm having a "dessert" or second choice. I'm also usually having a salad AND soup so I can save my IP for a snack mid morning or mid afternoon
Right now I'm also whipping up another batch of cookies using the shake mix as a base so I can have them in my lunch. 1 shake = 6 cookies, which gives me 2 snacks and 2 for lunch on one IP pack... I may be in heaven! LOL
I usually just make 2 c. extra of whatever I'm having for dinner and then take that for lunch - sometimes a spinach salad, sometimes other veggies. Even cold, I like most veggies with a little cider vinegar and oil. I prefer that to reheating them. I put together my lunch veggies as I'm cleaning up from dinner and then I don't have to worry about having to prepare something else.
I also usually hold back a small amount of my dinner protein and mix it up with my lunch veggies - this seems to help me not get hungry in the afternoon - for some reason that is the hardest time of day for me...

I like to sautee my veggies in a pan w/ 1 teaspoon of olive oil, garlic, salt, and rosemary. I find that I am liking the combination of sliced mushrooms, red peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, and asparagus! Give it a shot!
