When I slice my zucchini, 2 cups in a measuring cup = 150 grams on my food scale. But I just looked at the below website and it said that:

Zucchini- sliced 1cup = 150g = +5oz
Zucchini - chopped/diced 1 cup = 175g = 6oz

The website doubles what my scale and measuring cup say. Please tell me how you meausure 2 cups of zucchini. I eat it sliced or chopped. Thanks so much!

I usually just measure my cups portions without checking the weight. The difference between a cup sliced and a cup chopped is going to be less than half a cup, which amounts to @ 1.4 net carb difference.
