Active Work Day and 4 IP packets?
I'm in my 4th week and have been 100% OP. In the last week, I've started working again...I teach at a college. I don't do any heavy lifting, of course, but I do lecture quite a bit. Basically, I'm doing a lot more standing, walking around, writing on the board, & etc. than I did when I started IP. Yesterday, I sat in my office for 40 minutes answering e-mails, and lectured 4 hours. My days do vary, today I'm only lecturing for 3 hours during the day & 3 more solid hours tonight.
My question is...should I add a 4th packet? I do know that standing/walking does burn a lot more calories than sitting at a desk, but I don't really consider it exercise! In fact, I have not been exercising beyond that. My coach told me that I should add a 4th packet. I haven't, yet, because I feel that that may be cheating. I've only added 2 egg whites to my day. Any thoughts??
