Default Crispy cereal

Could someone point me towards the recipes using the crispy cereal?

I only know of one, the Wildberry yogurt / Crispy Cereal Pancakes

1 packet wild berry yogurt packet
1 packet crispy cereal packet (roll with a rolling pin)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 egg whites (I use 1 egg white)

Add water until the consistency is what you like (around 3/4 cup). Cook 2-3 minutes per side or until done. Makes 6ish pancakes.

I make pancakes with mine. Crush the cereal really well...I use a rolling pin and just roll over the cereal still in the packet. Whip two TBSP egg whites until light and frothy, I add 1 - 2 tsps of cinnamon to the crushed ceral then mix with the egg whites and about two ounces of water. Pour battered into preheated pan.

I also make the pancakes, just a little different way.

2 egg whites (1/3 cup of liquid if using Egg Beaters All Whites)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

Crish the cereal in the packet. Add the baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the packet. Mix the egg whites with the vanilla till a little frothy. Then add the dry ingredients. Makes a batter that you put in a pan sprayed with a little butter Pam. For me makes 2 good sized pancakes.

Very good with the WF Pancake or Bluberry syrup!

I mix the crushed crispy cereal with 2 eggs whites, cinnamon and nutmeg similar to mixing pancakes. Then pour the mix on top of cooked rhubarb, bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes and it ends up like a fruit cobbler.

Rhubarb cobbler sounds yummy! How much rhubarb do you use? And what size pan?

This sounds delish!! I might have to try this tomorrow. I still have to try grating some jicama for my pancakes too

I do this too. I use a baker for the small rounds of Brie or a large ramekin.
I put about a cup of rhubarb in the dish with a bit of splenda. I microwave it for 2 to 3 minutes then pour the crispy cereal mixture of it and put it in a 350 oven for 20 minutes.

Rhubarb is now on my grocery list for tonight, and will be on my breakfast table tomorrow morning! Thanks for posting this.
