Lunch: 1 egg and 2 ew's, 1 c. spinach, 1 small portabella
Snack: chocolate shake with coffee 1/2 caramel peanut bar
Dinner: 5 oz hamburger, 1 cup lettuce, 1 slice tomato, mustard, pickles
Snack: chocolate shake w/ 2 egg whites
