I had some ups and downs during Week 2 but found it generally easier. For me it was more about the expectations. I knew Week 1 was going to be difficult so when I started it I was prepared for the cravings, etc. Moving onto the 2nd week I thought it would be much easier but not all the cravings disappear so maybe it's just a matter of managing one's expectations as one progresses on this diet.
