[Pilgrimage]

Hello everyone! I'm so glad to have found this site. DH and I have just started IP, and we are really excited. We got through the first few days - we are on day 6 - and it had been pretty easy so far. No side effects, and really no hunger. I couldn't even finish my dinner the other night, so I have started taking a small portion of meat and adding it to my lunch.

I love reading all of the ideas and encouragement here. The success stories are amazing!

I have 50 lbs to lose, and DH has 164. Our first weigh-in only included 4 days because we are weighing in every Friday. So far, 3.2 for me and 8.8 for him! Very exciting!

We are currently full timing in an RV and want to be more mobile, so getting off his meds and getting healthy will be a huge step towards our goal! We are posting about our RV journey at palmerspilgrimage .com.

Congratulations! My husband and I did the program together last year. He lost 70lbs and I lost 55lbs. It is so much easier doing it as a team.

Thanks, Mommyof3Girls! Congrats on your success! Yes, we are enjoying doing this as a team, it would be hard otherwise. This way, we both cry on each other's shoulder when our daughter pops popcorn almost every night
