Default Hard Boiled Eggs/Exercising

I have seen a bunch of people talking about eating hard boiled egg before or after working out. Does anyone know if your suppose to eat all the hard boiled egg or just the egg white? I just have a coach that is not very helpful to letting me know what to do about working out and it seems that is similar to everyone else on the exercise thread. I have been doing 30 minutes of fast walking (4mph)/uphill walking/running at 6mph. Also, I use to doing heavy lifting before I started IP, but stopped that.

I've been asking similar questions as I just started exercising again. The equivalent to one packet is 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites - and some recommend having a whole packet/equivalent before or after workout. I tried just one egg after walking and it wasn't quite enough, so I am going to have 1 whole egg before I work out, and then an extra packet afterward. I think you just have to find what is going to keep your body feeling fueled up but definitely add SOME extra protein around your workouts.

I add 2 whole hb eggs most days as I exercise 6 days a week. My belief is that you need some extra fat, as well as protein. The packets don't provide enough fat.

I always add an extra unrestricted packet, 2 egg white recipe, and make sure to eat a restricted at least 1-2 hours before working out (give my body time to process & use the extra carbs).

I believe there was post earlier this week that you now can have 4 eggs with 2 egg whites for the protien, I may be wrong, but I think Wuv confirmed it.
