It's Sunday, August 5!! What are you eating today???
Wow - almost noon in MI and no one has started this thread for the day!
Breakfast, 8 a.m. - Proti-Diet Oatmeal made into pancakes with 2/3 c grated zucchini, 1 egg white, 1/4 tsp b. powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, & vanilla.
Snack, 11 a.m. - mixed dark choc pudding mix with orange drink mix, dash of vanilla, and about 15 (?) oz water. Had half of this now, half later today.
Lunch, 1:00 - Big salad w/evoo & vinegar & salt, and bag of Proti-Diet Honey Nut cereal (dry),
Snack, 3 - 3:30 - Other half of drink (above)
Supper, 7 - 8 - Ham & bok choy salad
(I'm having surgery on Wed and have to have 4 packets each day now until then.)
Lunch--salad with WF Italian dressing and maple oatmeal packet
supper--grilled chicken, salad, green beans
snack--RTD chocolate drink
At work all weekend and jealous of all the food (sandwiches, bread is my downfall) the coworkers are having but thanks to all the support and inspiration found here and having no trouble staying OP.
B: coffee, skim, 1 tsp davinci caramel syrup, IP chocolate pudding with cinnamon
L: IP herb and cheese omelet sauteed with baby bella mushrooms
S: IP dark chocolate pudding w/ cinnamon
D: sauteed seasoned ground chicken breast mixed with sauteed summer squash and zucchini.
Decaf mandarin orange spice tea and celestial seasonings honey orange vanilla decaf tea as well
Breakfast: IP Maple Oatmeal & zucchini pancake (Wow! Yummy! I just added zucchini to the recipe from thread 2). I didn't use the splenda in the recipe & the maple flavor in the oatmeal made me not miss syrup at all!
Lunch: IP Herb/cheese omlette with spinach & celery. (I need to buy some mushroooms!). Also a salad. I've been using Apple cider vinegar and then spritzing olive oil on with my Misto
dinner: Pork loin hubby smoked yesterday. 2 c. mashed cauliflower (I Love this stuff & ate prior to IP)
Snack: IP Pink Lemonade...made into a summer slushy
1st weigh-in is tomorrow. I don't have a scale so I have no idea...
8am--scrambled egg whites with mushrooms
9am--exercise
10am--chocolate drink
12pm--big salad with evoo and vin
2pm--chocolate peanut butter bar (OMG...HEAVEN!!!)
5pm--grilled turkey burgers and asparagus and maybe zucchini too
8pm-- maybe some banana pudding with WF chocolate syrup drizzled on top
8am--scrambled egg whites with mushrooms
9am--exercise
10am--chocolate drink
12pm--big salad with evoo and vin
2pm--chocolate peanut butter bar (OMG...HEAVEN!!!)
5pm--grilled turkey burgers and asparagus and maybe zucchini too
8pm-- maybe some banana pudding with WF chocolate syrup drizzled on top
Ohhh. I love chocolate covered bananas. The pudding sounds yummy!
Lunch: egg white omelette with 1 c. mushrooms, 1 c. spinach, 1 mixed salad with w/f dressing Tea
Dinner: Big Mac in a bowl tonight...I haven't had it in a while, it will be sooo good! (and it was...mmmmm!!) 5oz hamburger meat, romaine, 1 cup spinach, raw onion, diced, wf 1000 island dressing
Snack: dark chocolate shake, ice, water...valencia orange stevia drops

Today has been a weird day... I've stayed OP aside from the fact it's 7:30pm and I've only had 1 packet.. I really hope it doesn't affect my WI this week!

Probably a IP peanut butter bar
**I must say I am proud of myself for NOT indulging at the baby shower! There was treats galore and yummy dips and baby quiche and cheesecake and honestly I want this more! I want to succeed!! (pats myself on the back )

Great job staying OP, Sheena! I had similar challenges today at a family birthday party, and kept reminding myself how badly I want to succeed. It worked
Today, I had:
B: maple oatmeal (enjoyed it in its original form)
L: Southwest cheese curls, green beans
S: RTD IP chocolate drink
D: Tacos with beef, romaine "shells" & salsa.
