I was *really* not looking forward to trying the chicken soup after yesterday's gross tomato-basil. I'm happy to report that it's significantly better than I expected
It'll be awesome next time when I'm at home & can add cauliflower & broccoli to it.

Today's Meals
Newbie here but loving see what everyone else it eating. The ideas are great as I am going through my intro bag.
Week 1, Day 4:
B:Chocolate Pancakes, coffee, 1oz milk (need to figure out how to make those into muffins)
L:Mushroom soup w/1 cup mushroom and 1 cup spinach
S:Vanilla Pudding Chai Shake
D:Shrimp, roasted veggies, spinach and arugula salad with tiny olive oil/cider vinegar

OMG. I still have the tomato-basil soup packet from my starter kit. I cannot bring myself to try it out. Now I dont think I will, LOL.

"Latte" (IP Vanilla shake & coffee)
Zuchini muffin- made from IP oatmeal
Lunch-
salad with grilled chicken & WF italian dressing (group lunch with coworkers)
Snack-
the rest of my zuchini muffins (1 packet of oatmeal makes 3 muffins)
Dinner-
Salad loaded with veggies & going to try and make a rhubarb cobbler using a vanilla packet. Need to try and find a recipe.

The tomato basil wasn't tooo bad, I did doctor it up...but the leek soup is
