Snack: Chocolate/caramel bar (ate 1/2)
Dinner: Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
Dessert: Butterscotch Pudding

Cappuccino drink mixed with 1 cup of coffee

1 c spinach, 1 c kale with lemon juice and garlic powder

8 oz turkey breast
Tomato/cucumber slices

Raspberry jelly

Also, had my WI today and was down 4.2! Nice to see after 2 straight weeks of 1lb losses each.
